What nutrition coaching looks like here

Performance Fueling, Not Dieting

Nutrition built to support the training session, the recovery window, and the life around it. Eating like an athlete, not a contest prep.

Body Composition Measured

Monthly InBody scans inside the coaching relationship — fat-mass, lean-mass, and segmental distribution. The tie-breaker when the scale and the mirror disagree. Adjustments run against the trend, not a single reading.

Sustainable Habit Design

One behavior at a time. Built to hold for years, not six weeks. No 28-day challenge nonsense.

Training-Integrated

Phases of training get phases of eating. Accumulation vs. cut vs. peak each have different fueling needs. We match them.

Common Questions

Do you prescribe meal plans?

Not by default. Rigid meal plans fail because life doesn't match them. Most clients work from flexible macro ranges and a short list of "default meals" that rotate — easier to maintain under real schedules.

Is nutrition bundled with training or standalone?

Both. Training clients can add nutrition as an integrated service — the phases stay aligned. Standalone nutrition coaching is available for clients training elsewhere or not at all.

How do body comp scans factor in?

Monthly InBody scans track lean mass, fat mass, and segmental distribution. They're the tie-breaker when the scale disagrees with the mirror. Adjustments are made against the trend, not a single reading.

What if I already have a nutritionist?

Tell Jeremy on the intro call. If the existing plan is working and aligned with your training phase, there's no reason to change it. Coaches coordinating beats coaches competing.

Training together starts with a conversation.
